Freelance Real Estate Analyst – Catalonia & Valencia

We\'re Hiring – Real Estate Analyst We are a real estate development firm based in Barcelona, active in residential development, asset repositioning, and urban regeneration projects across Spain.

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Analyst with fluent English to support investment and development decisions on a freelance, hourly basis. The role does not require being based in Barcelona, but in-depth knowledge of Catalonia is essential, and familiarity with the Valencia region is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities Analyze land, buildings, and new development projects.

Provide fast, accurate land valuations and comparative market analyses.

Deliver fast, data-driven insights and clear recommendations.

Gather information from both official / national data sources and property portals.

Interpret market dynamics, pricing trends, and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements Proven track record in real estate market analysis.

Strong analytical and valuation skills.

Ability to work independently and provide quick turnaround.

Detail-oriented, responsive, and reliable.

Compensation Flexible, hourly rate (freelance / project-based).
