Jefe / a de Partida de Banquetes

The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa, located in Marbella, is seeking a Banquet Supervisor / Head of Service.

Responsibilities :

• Perform qualified control and supervision functions for the assigned section and / or service under the direction of the Head of Kitchen.
• Carry out the typical duties of a cook, and additionally :
• Participate in the control of supplies, preservation, and storage of goods.
• Prepare reports on resource management and processes of your section and / or service.
• Assist in training the staff under your supervision.

Essential requirements :

Type of contract : Fixed-discontinuous contract.
