We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team.

This role involves driving programs from strategy to delivery, acting as the key liaison between engineering, operations, and business units, managing remote and international teams effectively, providing internal assessments of proposals to senior stakeholders, and coordinating with various departments to align with long-term business objectives.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).

5–9 years’ experience in project / program management.

Strong technical background (design, product engineering, or applications engineering).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SAP.

Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
