Job Title : Project Manager

Overview :

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of automation and control within the project, including programming, cost management, automation assembly, and commissioning. You will work closely with the client to manage contractors, ensure compliance with project requirements, and address technical, contractual, and schedule issues.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate Contract team to ensure timely, compliant contractor work.

Oversee quality, schedule and cost during construction.

Collaborate with client.

Maintain strong relationships with client and contractors to resolve issues.

Manage technical documentation and reporting on progress and risks.

Support planning, scheduling, and corrective action implementation.

Lead project / contract review meetings and track assigned tasks.

Requirements :

Proven experience on large, complex data centre projects.

Skilled in automation and control, cost control, and contract administration.

Strong commercial and technical understanding; able to manage multicultural teams under pressure.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
