About the Role As a Junior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting German agencies and businesses to launch and optimize their online advertising campaigns. This is a target-driven position where you'll collaborate closely with clients, providing expert guidance to ensure their digital marketing efforts are effective and impactful.

Your Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Consultation : Serve as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate and create impactful PPC campaigns.

Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop tailored digital advertising strategies that align with client objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Analyze campaign data to drive spend, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term campaign sustainability.

Client Engagement : Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone, delivering top-quality support and fostering strong relationships.

What We're Looking For Educational Background : A BA / BS degree or equivalent; an MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.

Experience : 1-2 years in sales and / or online advertising.

Skills : Strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals; excellent communication skills (verbal and written); effective time management and self-organization; analytical mindset; client-focused approach; team player; native-level German; high proficiency in English.

What We Offer Full-Time Position : 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Hybrid Working Model : Flexibility to work from home and the office in Barcelona.
