Sustainability Communications Specialist

Reporting to the Corporate & Sustainability Communications Manager , your main mission will be to support both internal and external communications, ensuring consistency across departments and developing compelling content that drives engagement, inspires action, and reinforces Iberostar’s Wave of Change sustainability strategy. Above all, the focus will be on understanding the end audience and creating communications that are not only consistent but also interesting, relevant, and inspiring.

The role combines strong communication skills with a passion for sustainability, supporting the design and delivery of projects and campaigns that bring Iberostar’s Wave of Change Movement to life across multiple channels and formats.

Wave of Change is Iberostar’s pioneering movement for responsible tourism, launched in 2017 to protect the oceans and drive a circular economy. A good understanding or passion for sustainability and ESG topics is essential.
