Senior Support Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

COSMO CONSULT SPAIN is seeking a Senior Support Consultant who can manage installed customer base and grow collaboration with them. The ideal candidate is an expert in various customer areas, able to learn COSMO's products, and attend to customers while developing products and business.

The candidate should be able to manage complex implementations, evolve and develop them to make the relationship between COSMO CONSULT and the customer more productive and efficient. We are looking for an autonomous, dynamic, and proactive person with both functional consultant and customer manager skills.

REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES :

• At least 5 years of experience as a senior consultant in BC, with valuable experience as a support consultant.
• Areas of expertise : finance, purchasing, sales, and warehouse.
• High level of English, spoken and written, to coordinate with the Global Support team.
• High knowledge of different BC areas.
• Profile with experience as a project manager or PM of small projects.
• Proactive, methodical, and autonomous, with empathy and communication skills to develop a trusting relationship with the customer.
