The mission is to lead the Technical Support team so that the technical problems are solved as quickly as possible, either through an efficient and quick transmission of technical information / training existing between the Product Company and Operations / Distribution, or by the active and face-to-face participation of the Field Technical staff
To succeed, you will need
Main responsabilities :
- To carry out an exhaustive follow-up of the execution, in time and manner, by the field operation of the ECB Priority I and II documents published by the Product Companies
- Apply all the processes of cost control of the Atlas CopcoGroup, both personally and at the level of your team, to avoid damages, losses or undesirable losses
- Handle the necessary reports to monitor the quality of the equipments
- Establish, together with the Operations Manager, the criteria for the qualification and evaluation of Atlas Copco field technicians.
- Coordinate tasks as special commisioning, complex installations with some technical specifications, technical reports to customers about big technical issues, technical complaints, warranties & internal support to technical & sales team
- Together with the Service Operations staff, create tools or operational processes that improve the efficiency of field technician
- Monitor, together with the technical support team, all issues and queries made through the indirect channel (distribution).
- Lead theteam by being an example of behavior and develop / train collaborators creating opportunities for their professional development with team spirit always respecting the terms of equality, transparency and fairness
- Promote personal development of each of the members of the team within the possibilities and needs of the Atlas Copco Group.
- Support and collaborate in the training / information of equipment external to Atlas Copco that the company decides to commercialize with the limits of the existence of information / know-how available
- Follow the necessary technical training, together with Technical training coordinator, so that the field operation and distribution, can be as self-sufficient as possible to meet in any area the existing equipment at any time in the market
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in technical support, with (desirable) 2 years in a leadership roleKnowledge in compressor sector will be mostly valuable.Strong technical background with the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issuesExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding serviceHigh level of English and Spanish language is a mustIn return, we offer
