Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to lead all contractual and commercial activities across the lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and issue RFQ packages for Preliminary and Early Works, HV Works, Civil Works, Electromechanical Works, and any additional services required by the project.

Oversee the clarification process with bidders during the tender phase and ensure timely resolution of queries to maintain competitive and compliant offers.

Manage and validate bid tabulations and commercial evaluations, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and schedule.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, aligning commercial terms.
