Quality Assurance Leader

The Quality Assurance Leader plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by defining and implementing tailored resource models that address country-specific needs. This includes global rate alignment, budgeting, demand and resource alignment, and technology implementation.

Key responsibilities also include standardizing processes, tools, and platforms for consistency and efficiency in delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 4 years of experience in a similar role with extensive expertise in functional and non-functional testing, automation, test planning, and coverage in critical environments such as SAP S / 4HANA, AWS, and ServiceNow.

Additional requirements include designing and executing validation and compliance strategies, project and program management expertise, proficiency in modern tools, and high-level English language skills.
