We’re looking for a pragmatic and detail-oriented Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen our technology team. In this role, you’ll help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platform across all environments. You’ll work closely with development, product, and operations teams to automate processes, improve observability, and maintain system integrity. Your Mission :

• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems (infrastructure, applications, performance)
• Ensure reliability, availability, and scalability across environments (prod, staging, test), disaster recovery and redundancy planning
• Manage and improve CI / CD pipelines and release automation
• Define and enforce SLAs / SLOs in coordination with product and IT leadership
• Automate operational tasks (infrastructure provisioning, rollbacks, failovers, backups)
• Conduct incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement postmortems
• Collaborate on capacity planning, cost optimization, and performance tuning
• Support security and compliance operations (patching, access control, audits)Maintain clear documentation and promote knowledge sharing across teams to improve operational transparency and reduce single points of failure
• Secure web applications using a Web Application Firewall (WAF) and platform-level security controls to prevent common exploits and ensure system integrity.
