We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Brand Manager to join our international marketing team. Based in Madrid , you’ll work closely with the Brand Manager for one of our key international markets, supporting the overall brand strategy and execution across multiple channels.

The role is fully in English (C1 level required) , as all communication, meetings, and deliverables are managed with international teams and agencies. In addition, occasional short business trips abroad may be required for specific tasks (meetings, shootings, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Team Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with the Brand Manager and the Marketing & Trade specialist to contribute to 360º brand and marketing activities — supporting strategy development, agency coordination, creative thinking, and reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are well-aligned, consistent, and results driven.
Branding & Campaigns
Support the Marketing team / Brand Manager with the development and feedback of campaign briefings for creative and media agencies.Help coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and on-time delivery.Assist with creative production, approvals, and communication materials (KVs, digital assets, etc.).Paid Media
Lead communication with the media agency for smaller-scale campaigns such as brand partnerships, limited-time offers (LTOs), and tactical activations — ensuring briefs, plans, and assets are delivered effectively and follow up the results of each owned campaign.Collaborate with the Brand Manager to build and optimize overall media plans, providing clear feedback and recommendations based on campaign goals and performance.Social Media, PR & Influencers
Collaborate with the Marketing & Trade Specialist (based in Ireland) on social strategy : reviewing calendars, tracking performance, and helping optimize organic and paid activities.Support PR initiatives and influencer collaborations by aligning creative, media, and reporting needs.Digital
Monitor the brand’s websites on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement and coordinating with the IT team to implement optimizations, update banners, upload coupons, and make campaign-related changes.Partnerships & Activations
Lead small brand partnerships from start to finish : Briefing, coordination with creative and media agencies, campaign execution, and post-campaign analysis.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and impactful brand exposure.Data & Performance
Support the Marketing and BI teams in analyzing brand and campaign performance, including sales, traffic, product mix, and other key KPIs.Help preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports summarizing insights and actionable recommendations.Monitor the impact of marketing initiatives and media spend to help identify optimization opportunities.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3-4 years of marketing experience (international or multi-market experience is a strong plus).Excellent command of English (C1 or higher) — this role operates fully in English.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to guide decision-making (Google Analytics, BI dashboards, Excel / Sheets).Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with agencies (creative, media, PR).Proactive, detail oriented, and results driven, with strong interpersonal skills.Nice to Have
Experience in retail, QSR, or FMCG sectors.Familiarity with media planning processes and campaign tracking.Basic creative tools (Canva) for quick adaptations.Experience coordinating cross-market campaigns or with franchise-based brands.What We Offer
