We’re looking for a hybrid Art Director & Senior Visual Designer to lead and execute the visual expression of our brand across all platforms. This is a hands-on, high-impact role : you will be the sole in-house designer, leading the development of creative assets while also acting as a strategic partner to internal teams and our external creative agency.

You’ll be responsible for both creative direction and end-to-end execution — from conceptual thinking to delivering visuals that perform across digital, physical, and commercial touchpoints.

Responsibilities :

Visual Identity & Creative Direction

Own and evolve the brand’s visual language across all platforms — digital, print, packaging, retail, social media, and beyond.
Ensure consistency and quality of visual assets across the entire customer journey.
Partner with leadership and marketing to shape brand storytelling and campaign narratives.
Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with the brand ethos.

Design Execution (Hands-on)

Independently design a wide range of assets : campaign visuals, product mockups, newsletters, social media content, Amazon / e-commerce graphics, landing pages, print materials, and more.

Create and maintain high-quality design systems, templates, and asset libraries for scalable creative output.

Produce high-impact visuals under tight timelines, balancing speed with attention to detail.

Support product and packaging design with brand-aligned visuals and adaptations.

Act as the day-to-day contact with our external creative agency — briefing, reviewing, and aligning outputs with internal needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, product, sales, and e-commerce teams to meet creative demands.

Provide design support for product launches, seasonal campaigns, internal brand presentations, and more.

Ensure and approve final creative work (internal and external) to ensure brand integrity and executional excellence.

Commercial & Channel-Specific Content

Design content tailored to the needs of different sales channels : Amazon, B2B retail, marketplaces, e-commerce, and offline retail.

Understand platform-specific requirements and adapt visuals accordingly — including A+ content, infographics, hero images, and promotional materials.

Deliver marketing materials that drive performance while staying true to the brand aesthetic.

Support the sales team with visually polished decks, toolkits, and promotional assets.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in visual design, art direction, or branding — preferably in product, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform, brand-aligned design work across digital, print, packaging, product, e-commerce, and social media.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma , and ideally knowledge of motion / 3D tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender).

Deep understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, color theory , and brand systems.

Strong ability to manage and execute design projects end-to-end : from briefing and concepting to final delivery.

Comfortable communicating and presenting visual ideas to stakeholders across teams (marketing, product, commercial).

Experience working with external creative partners (agencies, freelancers, production vendors).

Experience in planning or supporting product photoshoots and managing visual asset creation.

Highly autonomous , organized, and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred, not required).

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish proficiency is a strong plus , especially for working with local agencies and vendors.

Flexible hours.

Friday afternoons off — every week.

25 paid days off per year.
