Overview
Our client, an established, yet still very much growing iGaming operator, are looking to enter the Norwegian market, and are therefore looking for a senior candidate to take ownership of the P / L for this region. This includes marketing strategy, market operations, and beyond!
Responsibilities
Own the Norwegian P&L, including revenue, marketing spend, bonuses, payment costs and operational expenses
Continuously optimise ROI, LTV, CAC and contribution margin
Set and manage budgets, forecasts and growth targets
Own all acquisition channels for Norway, with a strong focus on affiliate partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key Norwegian affiliates
Ensure full market coverage across all major traffic sources
Identify new commercial opportunities, negotiate deals and improve existing agreements
Ensure all communications, offers, campaigns and content are fully localised for Norwegian players
Support CRM and Content teams with campaign ideation and cultural fit
Work with Product & Tech to ensure registration flows, payments, UX and games portfolio are in line with market requirement
Work with VIP and Operations teams
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in iGaming, with strong experience across the Norwegian market
Experience with P&L ownership, budget management and commercial decision-making
Strong understanding of Affiliates, CRM & retention, Bonuses & promotions & Player behaviour
Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams
Someone who is data-driven but also able to make fast, pragmatic decisions
Fluent in Norwegian and English
