Overview

The purpose of the role The primary purpose of this position is the creation of customer specifications and handling technical queries (including legal issues) conform to customer expectations, focusing right first time and in full on time within short and changing deadlines, enabling a customer centric approach, building for targeted relationships with key stakeholders internally and with customers. This with moderate to low level of supervision.

Responsibilities

• Finished good specs / Compliance :

Generation of customer product specifications and answers to technical enquiries : Create and update detailed product specifications including data such as Customer and Supplier data, Ingredient list, Allergen and intolerance data, GMO information, Microbiological spec, Analytical data, Physical data, Foreign body control, Storage condition and shelf life, Nutritional data, Packaging information, Spec authorization, Label example, Suggested on-pack declaration, Suitability info, HFSS info, Certifiable ingredients / Provenance, Animal by products, Supply chain map back to farm, Safety and stability control for ingredients, RTE controls.

Maintain & update the files / specifications as organized by the Team Lead.
