Technical Support Intern

Location : Office based in Madrid, Spain.

Contract : Temporary Contract (6 months)

Reports to : Technical Support Team Lead

The Job Role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our international technical team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a software company with a global presence. You will support basic IT and technical tasks while learning from experienced professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the technical support team in managing incoming support tickets.
• Perform basic troubleshooting tasks under supervision.
• Assist with documenting procedures and user guides.
• Support the setup and maintenance of equipment and software.
• Learn to use remote support tools and internal systems.
