Overview HR Executive (Comp&Ben) role at BUSUP
Responsibilities Comp&Ben Project Manager (40%) : People Controller : manage data on salaries and benefits at a global level; maintain updated employee information in the HR management software; collaborate with Finance on budgeting; lead and monitor benefits and flexible compensation programs, ensuring proper implementation and clear communication to employees.
Spain : Labour Relations (40%) : Manage payroll in coordination with the Finance department; coordinate with the external labor agency for employee registrations, terminations, and changes with Social Security; prepare, update, and manage employment contracts; provide employee support regarding permits, leaves, and absences; ensure compliance with current labor regulations and foster healthy labour relations; identify, prevent, and resolve potential labour conflicts, promoting a safe, legal, and stable work environment; oversee occupational risk prevention, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of prevention; coordinate vacation planning and tracking; support the creation and updating of internal policies; assist with documentation management related to training and development.
Administrative & Office Management (20%) : Control and report office administrative expenses; prepare cost reports and ensure compliance with the allocated budget; coordinate relationships with key suppliers (electricity, water, coffee, cleaning, maintenance, IT equipment, etc.); manage preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure; coordinate internal and external corporate events; manage the company’s travel software.

Experience Minimum 3 years in HR roles, preferably with specific experience in labour relations and in Compensation & Benefits
Previous experience in administrative management or as Office Manager will be valued
