I speak english fluently y hablo un poco español. So english is better but if everything is in spanish it is also totally ok, i can read pretty well and use google translate. The building has about 285m2 + the rooftop 85m2. The building is in a good condition, it has been built 1959. Each of three floors has one apartment now. So the first floor should have a reception, kitchen, a toilet, common area and 2 rooms. The second and the third floor have 4 rooms. Each room should have a bathroom.
