Descripción del trabajoProven experience as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, IT Recruitment Team Manager or IT Recruitment Team Leader, with a strong understanding of the South European market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coaching and motivational abilities. Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct. A results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving team and company goals. Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships. Comprehensive medical insurance. The Role
As our Managing Consultant in Madrid, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of IT Recruitment Consultants. This is a position with a focus on driving performance, fostering a positive team environment, and contributing to the overall success of our South Europe business unit.
