Global Recruitment Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a significant impact on the success of our company while assisting clients and stakeholders.

Our company is an international recruitment business specialising in Energy, Marine & Renewables industries. We operate globally, striving to create a reliable, agile and sustainable business environment where professionals can secure their ideal career and clients can access the best talents our industries have to offer.

To drive full-cycle recruitment across the UK infrastructure and energy investment market, working closely with funds and developers. This role will be based in the Barcelona office and is focused on both candidate delivery and business development, operating as a 360-recruitment specialist. The specialist will be responsible for growing client accounts, building candidate pipelines, and contributing to team revenue targets in a high-performance environment.

Organisational Relationships : Renewables & Infrastructure Division (EMEA). Collaborates closely with peers in London and Barcelona offices.

Responsibilities include :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and client delivery.
• Proactively generate business through outbound activity, including cold outreach, client meetings, and market mapping.
• Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Consistently achieve KPIs and revenue targets in line with company objectives.
• Create and execute strategic search plans across core focus areas : legal, business, finance, and infrastructure investment roles.
