Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their IT Systems Administrator (Mac / iOS, M365, and Teams / Cisco Focus) @ Spain (Remote Working)Key area : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our critical IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on Mac / iOS device management, Microsoft 365 administration, and our Teams video conferencing solutions integrated with Cisco hardware. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep technical expertise across these key platforms.- The successful candidate will be responsible for the optimization, troubleshooting, and daily management of the following environments : - Mac / iOS Device Management- Administer and maintain our Mac and iOS device fleet using Microsoft Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager).- Develop, deploy, and manage configuration profiles, application deployments, and security policies for Mac and iOS devices.- Ensure device compliance, implement Zero-Touch deployment (e.G., Apple Business Manager), and manage lifecycle for all Apple hardware.- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues unique to the Mac / iOS ecosystem.- Microsoft 365 Administration- Provide advanced administration and support for the full Microsoft 365 suite (e.G., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).- Manage user identities, access, and security within Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including hybrid identity solutions, conditional access policies, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).- Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM / Intune) for administration beyond Apple devices, including policy management and device enrollment.- Manage and administer the various Microsoft Admin Portals (e.G., M365 Admin Center, Security & Compliance).- Teams Video Conferencing and Cisco Integration- Manage and support our Microsoft Teams video conferencing solutions.- Specialize in the integration and management of Cisco hardware (e.G., Cisco Webex Devices, room kits) within the Teams ecosystem.- Administer the Teams Pro portal and related Cisco device management interfaces to ensure optimal performance and functionality of conference room systems.- Troubleshoot complex A / V, network, and connectivity issues related to the Teams and Cisco integration.- Proven expertise in Mac / iOS device management using Microsoft Intune.- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Azure AD, Conditional Access, and security best practices.- Strong experience managing and integrating Microsoft Teams with third-party conferencing hardware, particularly Cisco.- Familiarity with the Teams Pro portal and Cisco device management for video conferencing.- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively to a team environment.- Relevant industry certifications (e.G., Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Cisco certifications) are a strong plus.- Excellent English B2-C1If this sounds like a role you would be interested in or if you know someone in this field.Connect with me or email me atAlternatively, you can call me on Tel : +44(0) .
