Assessing the feelings of all stakeholders through customized, or modeled, surveys. ChooseMyCompany annually accredits companies and schools via 6 main labels : HappyIndex®AtWork (commitment), WeImpactIndex® (ESG performance), HappyIndex®Trainees (interns / alternates), HappyIndex®AtSchool (students), HappyIndex®Candidates (recruited or not), HappyIndex®Clients (suppliers)

Supporting its clients in the interpretation of data and the implementation of rapid and measurable action plans

Communication of ESG certified opinions and CSR and HR labels in a large digital, media, school and event ecosystem

Our commercial offer :

Offer our clients a subscription to a SaaS software that allows them to collect, analyze and communicate ESG certified opinions. Then, if they wish to progress, personalized support based on the measurement of the effectiveness of the actions undertaken.

As a Intern Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the Spanish market, you will join a CSM Unit in charge of supporting our clients in the implementation of their ESG reputation programs. Reporting to a CSM Lead, in liaison with the Country Manager, your missions will be as follows :

Provide technical and functional support to clients in conducting their surveys :

On-boarding of customers on the back-office

Presentation of the different functionalities available to them

Accompaniment in the parameterization of the survey and throughout the project

Closing of the survey and accreditation

Detect customer needs

Identify and report to the Country Manager /
