Lead Developer - Leading Insurance brand - 60k-90k

Lead Full-stack Developer role (Java & Angular / typescript / React) for a leading Insurance firm located in Madrid. You will be part of their technology-driven company that partners with established global brands to create impactful digital insurance solutions, making it easier for consumers to access the insurance they need from trusted brands.

They operate through a cutting-edge digital platform, offering life and non-life insurance, and providing multi-channel customer experiences, with over 150 years of experience in risk knowledge, expertise in risk transfer solutions and a global presence, you will be operating in a international team with plenty of room for career growth and progression.

You will :

Participate in designing and developing new features and products that align with user needs and business goals.

Work closely with team members, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure a cohesive development process and product outcome.

Focus on Java for backend development and Angular, React or Typescript for Front End, also work in RESTful APIs

Develop your skills in cloud technology such as AWS and receive industry leading training (no prior experience required)

Report to the Software Engineering Manager

Conditions :

Office based in central Madrid

Hybrid working policy (2-3 days in the office)

Experience required :

8+ years experience Full stack Software Engineering

Strong proficiency with Java & any frontend tool

Business level proficiency English
