We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to shape and guide the technology landscape of a complex, multi-domain organization. This role involves developing scalable, flexible, and sustainable architecture blueprints that align with strategic business goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across business and IT, driving digital transformation initiatives, cloud adoption, and process modernization. The ideal candidate is adept at documenting architectures, defining governance frameworks, and ensuring integration across systems, while leveraging tools such as ARIS and platforms like ServiceNow. Your expertise will directly influence the efficiency, compliance, and innovation potential of enterprise systems.
Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise architecture blueprints, including business processes, information flows, applications, and technology infrastructure
- Create and document key architecture deliverables, such as Architectural Decision Records (ADR) and Solution Architecture Documents (SAD)
- Define and maintain a long-term architecture vision that ensures scalability, flexibility, and sustainability
- Align architecture with business strategy to enable digital transformation, cloud adoption, and modernization initiatives
- Standardize enterprise systems through reusable components, API-driven integrations, and architectural review processes
- Design HR and identity management processes using ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business stakeholders
- Establish architecture standards and governance frameworks to meet regulatory requirements, security policies, and industry best practices
Requirements
Master's degree in a relevant fieldProven experience in enterprise architecture domains :Enterprise Architecture documentation (preferably ARIS)
Frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similarApplication, data, technology, and security architectureHands‑on knowledge of ServiceNow platform components, including HR Service Delivery, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and App EngineStrong understanding of core HR processes : recruitment, onboarding, talent management, employee lifecycle management, and career developmentExperience in architecture roadmaps, gap analyses, solution architecture, and portfolio planningExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills to bridge strategy and executionRelevant certification in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman, or equivalent)Benefits
