Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Cloud Operations Leader to drive the success of our infrastructure and SRE teams. As part of this role, you'll oversee all operational and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) functions, ensuring proactive monitoring and incident response.
Responsibilities
- Lead capacity planning and drive change management initiatives.
- Implement automation for platform service delivery and operations using infrastructure-as-code and monitoring-as-code methodologies.
- Ensure service availability, performance, and scalability in production environments, aligned with business-defined SLAs.
- Partner with development teams to manage microservices at scale across the platform.
- Define and enforce clear SLOs to meet or exceed SLAs.
