Materials Planner (Almussafes)

We are looking to fill a vacancy for a Materials Planner.

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute their vision, organisational skills and analytical abilities to ensure the optimal flow of materials and production planning at our Almussafes plant.

Your mission

You will be the key link between forecasts, materials and production capacity to ensure that manufacturing is carried out efficiently and in line with customer demand.

Main responsibilities

• Manage key planning data : sales orders, OEM forecasts, inventories, resources, and strategic plans.
• Prepare daily production plans using Preactor – Siemens.
• Prepare and communicate weekly production plans and work orders.
• Provide support in resolving incidents : delays, material shortages, planning changes and labour availability.
• Monitor planning and production performance KPIs.
• Analyse inventories and flows, proposing improvements in design and operational processes.
