Position : Package / Project Engineer (2 spots)Location : SpainDuration : 3 years (Through Q2 2028)Hours per week : 40-50Start Date : ASAPJob Description : We're seeking a Project Engineer to support construction package activities and serve as the owner's representative in the field. This role will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure construction milestones are met, design changes are managed, and installation work aligns with project schedules. The engineer will oversee packages, interface with vendors and technical experts, and support commissioning activities. This position involves hands-on field coordination and real-time problem-solving to keep projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, construction-driven environment.Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Oversee construction packages and serve as the key field point of contact.
• Monitor and manage key vendors, tracking overall status, schedules, financial positions, engineering readiness, documentation, and testing for filling and formulation activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and commissioning teams to maintain schedules.
• Manage and support change control processes related to construction activities.
• Lead or support meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
• Interface with technical experts to ensure proper installation and design implementation.
• Support field design adjustments and ensure project deliverables are met.Must Have Skills : Strong construction field coordination experience, ability to manage packages and schedules, and excellent communication skills.Bonus / Nice to Have : Experience with commissioning and working directly with installation teams. Spanish is a Plus
