Senior Automotive Quality Specialist

Ebro SUV is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join its Corporate Quality team in Barcelona. The role plays a pivotal part in analyzing potential vehicle issues and implementing measures to ensure the safety and quality of Ebro brand vehicles throughout their lifecycle.

This position involves determining appropriate actions when quality issues arise with affected vehicles in the field, prioritizing customer safety while considering technical, economic, and legal aspects.

Responsibilities

• Conducting problem resolution to the right department in the company.
• Reporting on relevant topics and actions into customer vehicles.
• Taking decisions for actions in vehicles focused on vehicle quality and taking into consideration technical, economic and legal aspects.
• Managing customer complaints and coordinating corresponding responses.
• Collecting and managing customer complaints and coordinating corresponding responses also tracking issues to closure.
• Managing IT tools for Data Management.
• Ensuring Lessons Learned process return to different areas into the Brand to avoid same problems / incidences in new products.
• Building and maintaining relationships with after-sales and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of customer vehicles.
