The Role

You'll design and scale low-latency speech / LLM pipelines, orchestration layers, and reliability systems for human-like AI voice agents.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience building complex software solutions and deploying ML / AI models to production at scale
• Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices, especially in Python
• Familiarity with production ML practices
• Founder mindset : ownership & hard work

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing low-latency speech and LLM pipelines, as well as ensuring the reliability and scalability of our AI voice agents.
