• En el departamento de Data & Techs de Havas Media Network estamos volcados en ayudar a nuestros clientes a sacar el máximo partido de los datos, ayudándoles en diferentes etapas tales como la definición, la recolección, la monitorización, el análisis y su explotación. Dentro de este ámbito, desarrollamos productos innovadores orientados a resolver las principales problemáticas de los clientes y mejorar los resultados de sus campañas de marketing digital. La posición de Tech Lead & Full Stack Developer se encuadra dentro del equipo de Data & Technology, donde se desarrollan soluciones tecnológicas basadas en datos. Buscamos un Tech Lead / Full-Stack Developer que lidere el desarrollo de nuestras soluciones digitales, defina la arquitectura técnica y participe activamente en la creación de diversas soluciones para los clientes. Este perfil será clave para garantizar la calidad, escalabilidad y mantenimiento de nuestros sistemas.
• Responsabilidades :
• 1. Diseño de Aplicaciones Digitales
• Desarrollo y puesta en marcha de aplicaciones, en su mayoría web, en forma de productos ofrecidos a los clientes de Havas o a otros colectivos. Componentes habituales de las aplicaciones son interfaces web, servicios web (API, REST), procesos ETL y de gestión de datos, incluyendo extracción de datos desde diferentes fuentes, tales como APIs, ficheros, etc. Uso de servicios de cloud computing orientados a big data, como bases de datos relacionales, no relacionales, basadas en sistemas de ficheros distribuidos, etc.Implementar y mantener pipelines de despliegue continuo (CI / CD) y control de versiones.Evaluar nuevas tecnologías y proponer mejoras continuas.
• 2. Uso de arquitecturas basadas en Cloud
• Liderar la definición de la arquitectura tecnológica y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.Colaborar con Data Engineering y resto del equipo para integrar datos y desarrollar las soluciones digitales que requieran los clientes.
• Formación Profesional :
• Grado universitario en materia técnica (Informática, Estadística, Matemáticas, etc) o FP2 en desarrollo de aplicaciones informáticas.Con un mínimo demostrable de 5 / 6 años de experiencia en el role.
• Technical Skills :
• Uno o más de los siguientes lenguajes de programación, tanto a nivel frontend (Angular, Javascript / TypeScript, HTML) como backend (Python, PHP, Nodejs, , servicios web, etc), preferiblemente experiencia en backend.
• Conocimiento en APIs, Conocimiento de tecnología Cloud (GCP), herramientas de gestión de código (Git) y procesos CI / CD. Gestión de arquitecturas de aplicaciones distribuidas y escalables.
• Conocimiento en bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.
• Other Skills : Desarrollo de aplicaciones, familiarización con arquitecturas de desarrollo MVC, gestión y procesamiento de datos a través de la tecnología. Metodología agile (Scrum). Conocimientos generales del mercado de publicidad. Experiencia en proyectos de analítica o integración Martech.
• Soft Skills :
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, así como capacidad analítica, de aprendizaje y curiosidad y adaptación por las Nuevas Tecnologías.
