Roles and responsabilities :
Support to After Sales manager
Administrative tasks with Service Centers, including :
Organize monthly details of operator promotion fees, verify accounts, and submit for payment.
Manage sample devices daily, record compliance processes for warehousing and re-sending.
Initiate and follow up on contract / shipment reviews.
Assist the project manager with daily data updates and ledger maintenance.
Day-to-day activity
Requirements :
University degree. Preferably related to Business Administration. Advanced Excel skills.
Must : Chinese Language
Fluent English and Spanish
