Responsibilities

• Leads Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process : Coordinates the problem solving for internal / customer quality concerns. Interfaces with the customer and the problem solving team.
• Non-Conformity Analysis.
• Follow-up of quality issues in serial lines : Identifies risks, analyzes them, suggests corrective actions, verifies closure of open issues.
• Supports review of customer PPAP.
• Deployment of Zero Defects Quality Culture through Continuous Improvement.
• Conducting audits : Participates in product / process audits.
