Acceptence Tests and support for field operations with start-up installation of Switches and Routers from Cisco and Juniper. 2nd-Level Incident Management : Handle and resolve incidents escalated from first-line support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions. Mainly you will be working on the network components, connected via Jumpserver. Jira - Zabbix (Monitoring-Tool) Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, especially Juniper (JunOS and JunOS Evo) and Cisco (NXOS, IOS XR and IOS XE) - Proficient in network skills such as IPv6 configuration and troubleshooting, eVPN / VXLAN, BGP and OSPF Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
