Field Sales Representative
As a Technical Presales Engineer, you'll work in the technical department alongside sales representatives to promote our company's products and security solutions. Your responsibilities include delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical advice and support to customers. You will also participate in technology fairs and events.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing technical knowledge and supporting business teams in developing and defining Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Interacting with partners to identify needs and business opportunities through technical consultancy.
- Delivering training and workshops for customers.
- Managing Proof of Concepts (PoC) within customer environments using different technical solutions.
- Continuously learning about the latest technologies and obtaining vendor certifications.
- Creating documentation on job progress and results.
- Recognizing technical characteristics of hardware equipment.
- Organizing meetings with customers to showcase network and security solutions.
- Evaluating equipment and systems.
- Attending to client specifications and requirements.
- Developing models to demonstrate solutions and demos to clients.
- Presenting customized solutions to clients.
What Are We Looking For
2-4 years of relevant experience in Network / Security (wired / wireless networks, antivirus / endpoint protection, firewalls, SDWAN, SIEM, XDR, SASE, Cloud Security - Azure, AWS, Google).Preferred knowledge of Aruba, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Splunk, TrendMicro.Negotiation and strong communication skills.Strong teamwork and customer orientation, with a passion for technology and innovation.Ability to resolve partner issues and prioritize workload.Willingness to travel regionally.Knowledge of network security equipment or endpoints.Experience working with partners and customers on network and security projects.A genuine passion for learning new technologies and tackling new challenges.What's In It for You
