We’re seeking a Results-Driven & Experienced Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to join our team. The Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical role in driving client success. You will lead the development of accurate strategic forecasts that guide our clients toward their goals, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth. You will communicate actions and performance relative to forecasts and serve as a representative of CTC’s approach to media acquisition and forecasting.

You are a partner in client growth, maintaining transparent communication and guiding clients through media acquisition and strategy. You are a zealous advocate for CTC’s unique approach and tools. You set a high standard for execution, and you take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities and Training TRAINING PERIOD

ONBOARDING

Align with the Brain Trust for ideas across clients.

Work with your pod team (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist).

Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Maintain data integrity across client data tools (Statlas).

Execute Prophet system for clients; build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps; analyze data.

Align marketing calendar with clients; daily execution vs forecast; pivot when needed.

Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans; adopt early when pivots are required.

Lead in obstacle situations; maintain insatiable curiosity and problem-solving drive.

Implement CTC’s Meta best practices; build campaigns using our structure and processes.

Ensure ongoing data integrity and monitor campaigns to hit daily targets; run tests to improve performance.

ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK

Maintain within a 5% delta to the forecast.

Daily alignment with client on forecast and strategy.

Maintain above-benchmark client satisfaction.

Follow Prophet system execution to 100% within timelines.

Deliver all work on time with optimal quality and detail.

Client Communication

Champion communication; ensure client alignment on Growth Map goals and next steps; provide clear deadlines to your team.

Send daily performance updates to clients; ensure alignment with strategy and forecast daily.

Provide weekly updates on Strategy Calls.

CONTRIBUTING BACK

Contribute learnings back to the system for feedback and continuous improvement.

Collaborate on ideas across teams and contribute to future company content.

You will merge Finance and Marketing to build a forecasted strategy to help the business achieve its goals.

Achieve certification in our ideology by end of training; execute Prophet system with top-quality results.

Deliver high-accuracy performance within 5% delta of Prophet Growth Map and Statlas.

Lead and collaborate to optimize productivity and maintain high performance.

Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results.

Maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks; align daily with forecasts.

Maintain quality standards in client feedback, forecasting, media buying, and system execution.

Meet deadlines and budget requirements; ensure timely performance.

Contribute ideas to team discussions and company content.

Your supervisor is Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program.

As an Accelerator Strategist, you report to Joy Sharma, a mentor known for growth strategy and excellence. He supports your journey to reach your potential as a Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist.

ORIENTATION

This role will be client-facing.

Location & Environment

Fully remote with the ability to pick your schedule.

Autonomy with clear expectations, regular 1 : 1 feedback, measurable quality benchmarks; weekly check-ins for accountability.
