We are looking for an Asset Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the sector.
Responsibilities Technical Criteria and Commissioning :
Define the technical requirements for the construction and acceptance of owned assets.
Be responsible for the commissioning of the assets.
Technical and Economic Performance Monitoring :
Remotely monitor the installation by managing key KPIs.
Analyze incidents, verify alarms, and review daily performance.
Follow up on preventive and corrective operation and maintenance tasks.
Review SCADA and control parameters through virtual reality.
Report detected incidents to the O&M and installation contractors.
Technical Performance Analysis :
Carry out periodic (weekly / monthly) checks on the installation’s performance.
Diagnose deviations between actual and expected performance.
Identify incidents, analyze causes, and propose improvements to avoid technical downtimes and increase production.
Technical Reporting :
Prepare detailed monthly technical and economic reports on the installation, including production data, technical availability, contractual availability, and a summary of relevant incidents.
O&M Supervision :
Verify asset performance during operation and maintenance.
Define and execute the preventive O&M plan in coordination with the subcontracted company.
Handle claims and coordinate necessary repairs.
Site Visits :
Conduct regular visits to the plant and the client's asset portfolio.
Check the general condition of the installation and address any problems / incidents identified.
Energy and Economic Management :
Analyze energy costs and calculate revenue.
Compare tariffs and negotiate with the energy buyer (offtaker).
Communicate with relevant counterparts and manage billing and payments.
Environmental, Health and Safety Management :
Process and coordinate environmental and safety licenses and permits.
Ensure the safety and maintenance of all third parties involved.
Review compliance with current regulations and prepare monthly reports on related incidents.
Insurance and Incident Management :
Handle and coordinate all potential insurance claims.
Follow up on all incidents until resolution.
Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset management of photovoltaic projects.
Strong attention to detail and advanced planning and organizational skills.
