Senior Software Quality Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Quality Assurance team and drive excellence in software quality.

Responsibilities Define and execute QA strategy

Manage teams of associates and agency contractors

Ensure the quality of software products across multiple digital products

Collaborate with engineering, product management, and delivery management teams to enforce quality gates, improve automation coverage, and drive continuous improvement across the testing lifecycle within scaled Agile ways of working

Requirements Strong technical expertise in software QA / engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices

Strong understanding of QA tools and frameworks

Proficiency in Java and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)

Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and services on Azure Cloud

Strong understanding of database technologies

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiar with CI / CD pipelines and version control

Experience in Agile / Scrum or SAFe environments
