• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Python.
• Solid backend experience with tools like Django, Celery, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with deploying and monitoring ML models in production environments.
• An experimental mindset—comfortable working in ambiguity and iterating fast.

Salaries - €50 - 70k + stock options

Location Central Madrid - 2 days onsite weekly (can be flexible)
