About The Role

As our first VP of Partnerships, you will take on a key leadership role in TravelPerk’s growth journey.

Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will own our global partnerships strategy, including developing and expanding our network of reseller, referral, and integration partners, with a focus on HR technology and expense management verticals. You will set strategy, lead execution, and deliver the commercial impact to help us grow from $250 million to $1 billion in annual recurring revenue.

This role requires a partnerships leader skilled in building and scaling a function into a high-leverage growth engine through strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Based in Barcelona or London, you will work closely with senior leadership to shape how partnerships accelerate product adoption, market reach, and revenue growth. You will foster a culture of ownership, commercial acumen, and collaboration, leaving a lasting impact on a European tech success story transforming business travel.

    Our vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We embrace an IRL-first work approach, with our team working together in person 3 days a week. Roles in Customer Care may require up to 5 days in the office. Being within commuting distance of our hubs is essential.
