Global Product Director - Lighting Innovation

Overview We are seeking a skilled Global Product Manager to lead our lighting category. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and owning the global product strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and market demands.

Your primary focus will be on driving product development, managing the product portfolio, and fostering innovation and operational excellence to achieve profitable revenue and market share growth while developing a sustainable competitive advantage.

Responsibilities Define and own the global product strategy for the lighting category

Build and maintain a thorough understanding of the market through interaction with regional teams, market research, and ad-hoc field visits

Prioritize product features, improvements, and innovations based on customer feedback, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape

Develop and maintain a 3-year category roadmap & research pipeline, integrating input from key stakeholders

Lead the development of New Product Development (NPD)

Manage SKU rationalization / optimization

Support global launch plans

Cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing teams, Global Engineering Teams, Sales Teams, and Supply Chain

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need :

Education : MBA or master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a technology-related field

At least 8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or application engineering, with at least half in the lighting, LED, or related industry

Experience working in an international and multicultural environment

Strategic Marketing expertise (B2B)

English full proficiency is mandatory. Spanish is valuable.
