The Corporate Director of Wellness will oversee the development and execution of innovative wellness strategies across all properties. The director will ensure consistency, excellence, and evolution of wellness programs across all properties, fostering a culture of well-being among both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Strategic Wellness Leadership :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global wellness strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and SHA service standards.
• Lead the creation of innovative wellness concepts, programs, and experiences that prioritize physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Establish benchmarks and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of wellness programs and initiatives across properties.
• Spearhead the development of a luxury and personalized wellness offering , emphasizing bespoke experiences and intuitive service that anticipates guest needs.
