Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of our facilities, ensuring exceptional service standards, and leading a team of housekeeping staff.
About You
You have a minimum of two to three years progressive housekeeping managerial experience, preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
You hold a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or the international equivalent.
You possess extensive knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures, as well as proficiency in software packages such as Excel, Word, and Company programs.

This is a leadership position that requires strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless execution of services.

Language Requirements
A good knowledge of the English language is required, with the ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, preferred.
