Share : Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Admissions Officer, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital strategy for our global K–12 private education group. This is a pivotal, high-impact role responsible for developing and orchestrating digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pupil acquisition across multiple schools, regions, and markets.The ideal candidate will act as both a strategic lead and an executional partner, managing external digital agencies and advising local and regional marketing teams. The role requires a well-rounded digital expert with deep performance marketing knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to operate effectively across a decentralised, international structure and diverse cultural environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance- Define and implement the global digital marketing strategy to support enrolment growth and brand building across all schools and markets.- Serve as the centre of digital excellence, offering strategic direction and coaching to regional and local marketing leads on digital best practices.- Drive alignment of messaging and KPIs across global campaigns, regional activations, and localised school-level efforts.Agency & Vendor Oversight- Lead the relationship with digital performance and media agencies, including contract negotiation, scope management, and performance oversight.- Ensure accountability and efficiency in media spend — proactively identify overlapping campaign efforts and negotiate improved fee structures.- Regularly review agency impact on lead generation, cost per acquisition, and digital ROI.Lead Generation & Performance Marketing- Oversee paid media strategy and execution (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, etc.) in partnership with agencies and school marketing teams.- Develop campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and reporting structures that serve multiple international markets.- Monitor funnel metrics and refine campaigns to improve conversion rates.Website Management & SEO- Own the group-wide website strategy including UX improvements, SEO, and analytics.- Coordinate with local teams on school-level pages to ensure brand consistency and performance optimisation.- Oversee technical SEO audits and lead implementation plans.Social Media & Content Amplification- Set guidelines and strategies for social media, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.- Oversee paid social campaigns and advise on content strategies.- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing digital assets.Data, Analytics & Optimisation- Develop, review and oversee dashboards and reporting frameworks for digital KPIs.- Analyse performance to generate insights and guide investments.- Monitor enrolment funnel attribution to optimise digital journeys.Innovation, Integration & Collaboration- Explore new platforms and MarTech tools to enhance digital impact.- Lead knowledge sharing, toolkits, and training for school marketers.- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated campaigns.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.- 7–10+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in multi-site organisations.- Proven success managing agencies and digital lead generation.- Deep knowledge of paid media, SEO, CRM platforms, and analytics.- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.- Data-driven mindset and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
