    Identify the obligations applicable to the organization both externally, in accordance with sector regulations, and internally, based on corporate policies. Define, evaluate, and monitor the steps necessary for compliance through the analysis of the organization's obligations and responsibilities and compliance monitoring. To achieve this, the established compliance program must be followed, where controls and monitoring measures, along with their corresponding actions and deadlines, will be outlined to act effectively and achieve competent results.

    Main Responsabilities :

  • Comprehensive management of service / maintenance contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms with suppliers, as well as technical and administrative follow-up.
  • Coordination with other departments to ensure proper execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Planning of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, prioritising according to criticality.
  • Development of root cause analysis (RCA) for undesired corrective actions and proposal of resulting measures.
  • Monitoring the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring traceability in SAP.
  • Preparation and updating of preventive maintenance routines.
  • Administrative management : creation of purchase orders, payment tracking, and budget control.
  • Technical support during audits, site visits, and improvement projects.
  • Proposal and execution of investments aimed at improving asset reliability and maintainability.
  • Preparation, monitoring, and updating of value-adding KPIs for continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to interpret hydraulic and electrical diagrams, as well as technical drawings of mechanical components and assemblies.
  • REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS :

    Academic Background :

    University Degree in Industrial Engineering.

    Language Skills :

  • High Level of English (at least C1)
  • Other language is a plus
  • Technical Skills :

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Management of maintenance contracts and dealings with suppliers.
  • Experience managing people.
  • Advanced use of SAP and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Soft Skills : Communication skills, analytic skills, leadership, ability to work in teams, active listening ability, ability to work under pressure, results oriented, capacity of innovation, problem solving ability.
