The impact you’ll make

As the new Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the brand's growth and will have a direct impact on boosting membership sales. You will :

• Co-develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Co-create and maintain a content calendar aligned with the latest fitness and wellness industry trends.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing detailed reports to measure success and inform future strategies.
• Manage the online community by responding to comments and messages promptly to foster engagement and build a strong online presence.
• Work closely with the sales team to align social media strategies with sales goals and objectives, and support pre-sale campaigns to drive membership sales.
• Support promotions and initiatives by creating targeted social media content and ads, and assist in generating leads through creative digital campaigns.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success. You should have extensive experience in marketing, ideally within the fitness, lifestyle, or service industries.

Please note that this is a full-time, in-person role, and remote working is not an option. Successful candidates will be required to live in Qatar.
