We are looking for Plant Quality Engineer for our team in Valencia to work in one of the most important Tier 1 in the automotive sector to coordinate and resolve quality issues during the production phase.Missions : - Lead and resolve quality issues in production, ensuring customer satisfaction.- Act as the main liaison with clients regarding quality concerns and engineering changes.- Implement and monitor corrective actions (G8D, PPAP), and track quality KPIs and costs.- Support prototype validation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.Requirements : - 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.- Skilled in quality tools : PPAP, G8D, FMEA, SPC.- Degree in Industrial or Technical Engineering.- Fluent in English and Spanish.- Location : Valencia.We offer : - Permanent contract.- Competitive salary package.- Global projects.- Career development and training.BCNC GROUP ( is an engineering and technology firm with operations in Spain, UK, Germany, France and Sweden.
