Global Technical Support Engineer for Industrial Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the successful manufacturing of lenses made with our cutting-edge technologies.

Your primary responsibility will be to engineer service support for the integration of new software, products, and technologies into existing lab equipment platforms.

Main Responsibilities :

• Integrate New Software and Technologies : Collaborate with manufacturer ophthalmic lens laboratories across the world to set up and configure new optical lens designs for customers.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues : Trouleshoot and resolve software and production process deviations and issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
• Maintain Strong Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional support.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of industrial engineering principles and experience working in manufacturing laboratories. Additionally, excellent communication and technical skills are essential.
