This is only the beginning as we've got our sights set on spreading to the rest of Europe and later to include other continents as well.

Ukio's mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want. We disrupt the traditional residential real estate market by providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. We remove the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving / buying furniture, etc., giving choice and flexibility to plant roots anywhere.

Backed by Europe’s best venture capital firms, this year will be vital in our growth as we build out our team, establish ourselves in current markets, and expand into new markets. We are currently ranked in the top 10 startups in Spain by LinkedIn and have raised a Series A investment round of €27 million to propel our growth across Western Europe and bring us closer to our goals.

Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Ukio's products from early conception to final delivery. Working 100% remotely, you will join a highly skilled, forward-thinking team working cross-disciplinarily. You can expect an exciting environment with room for innovation, new ideas, and suggestions. You will work on enhancing our platform to boost efficiency for Ukio teams while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your contributions will help streamline processes and deliver exceptional value to our users.

Responsibilities

• Build and Innovate : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy features that elevate the Ukio platform
• Drive Automation and Integration : Develop technology that harnesses AI to achieve a high degree of automation and integration, optimizing operations and enhancing the customer experience
• Ensure Quality : Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold high standards and best practices
• Solve Problems : Analyze project performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems for scalability and reliability, supported by AI-driven insights
• Collaborate and Communicate : Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities and propose impactful solutions
• Understand Our Users : Develop empathy for users to deliver intuitive solutions that make city living effortless
• Learn and Grow : Stay curious, experiment with new technologies, and contribute ideas to keep our platform innovative
