Location : Madrid or Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Its proprietary ad-buying engine is the first in the world to be powered entirely by Deep Learning algorithms, enabling advertisers to generate outstanding results and reach their goals at every stage of the funnel.

Our Spanish team consists of 20people and is an integral part of our company’s EMEA presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision, ensuring innovative solutions that align with diverse market needs.

The Account Management team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively with our clients to make sure that they can get the best outcomes from their partnership with RTB House. Maximising revenue from existing clients by convincing them to use our full suite of products and helping the new business team to close and onboard brand-new clients is a crucial role. As an Account Manager, you will play a substantial role in building an excellent relationship with our existing and new clients. You are an important element in the client's journey. You will work closely with the sales team and technical account management team.

You Will :

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts;
  • Cooperate with the largest brands from the market in Spain;
  • Meet clients face-to-face regularly to ensure premium customer service;
  • Create campaign strategies in a variety of industries based on data analysis, your own creativity and client needs;
  • Adhere to the company goals related to campaign management (i.e. keep an eye on campaign margin and scale);
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • Regularly report campaign status for the largest clients and provide improvement ideas to the direct manager in terms of cross sell & upsell;
  • Take care of customer success and long-term relationship;
  • Provide specific information regarding company’s services and products;
  • Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
  • Obtain, review and process orders; ensure timely payments for our services.

Desired Experience :

  • Experience (5+ years) in digital advertising in client facing roles;
  • Preferably experience working in AdTech, advertiser or agency (online area), both on performance and awareness campaigns;
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar;
  • Strong commercial acumen;
  • Working experience with MS Office and Google Workspace;
  • Knowledge of customer support tools and processes;
  • Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Multi-tasking, high level of energy, resourcefulness;
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn;
  • Proficiency in Spanish and advanced command of English (C1 level)
