Principal Systems Engineer - Security Expert

As a Principal Systems Engineer – Privileged Access Management (PAM) & Non-Human Identity (NHI) Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security landscape of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of PAM platforms, network security, and access control best practices. They will have hands-on experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python, and be well-versed in Azure AD and hybrid IT / OT environments.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running, providing operational support for PAM and NHI systems, ensuring high availability and performance across IT and OT environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for routine health checks, system updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure operational stability and compliance.

The selected individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM solutions effectively within industrial control systems and other OT platforms. They will operate and maintain systems that manage both human & non-human identities, ensuring secure provisioning, rotation, and decommissioning.

• Fluent English language skills (must)
• Spanish language skills (nice to have)
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or operations roles
• Hands-on experience with PAM platforms (e.g., Delinea, HashiCorp, CyberArk, Akeyless, Infisical, BeyondTrust)
• Experience managing non-human identities in hybrid IT / OT environments
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
• Knowledge of Azure AD, network security, and access control best practices
• Experience supporting global operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams
